Cobbins expected to take the stand during sentencing hearing
[caption id="" align="alignright" width="363" caption="Gary and Deena Christian were emotional yesterday as a jury in Tennessee convicted Letalvis Cobbins in connection with the 2007 murders."]  [/caption] In less than a day and a half, 12 Nashville jurors sorted through 38 charges and came up with 33 guilty verdicts for Letalvis Cobbins. The panel of 6 men and 6 women will be back in Criminal Court Division I on Wednesday morning. They will be joined by 3 male alternates. Judge Richard Baumgartner wants the entire panel to hear Wednesday’s testimony. However, only 12 will deliberate. The panel will only deliberate on Cobbins’ first degree premeditated murder charge for the murder of Channon Christian. The jury found him guilty on that count, but not guilty on the same count for Chris Newsom. Deena and Gary Christian will be allowed to read their victim impact statements. However, the Newsom family will have to wait for Cobbins’ next sentencing hearing. Judge Baumgartner will set a date for a future sentencing hearing for the other 32 charges for which the jury convicted Cobbins. That date has not been set. After viewing more than 50 gruesome pictures of the murdered couple, the jury will finally get a chance to see a picture of Christian and Newsom when they were alive. The jury will have 3 options for sentencing Cobbins. Primitive Non-Whites Butchering Lemurs In Madagascar
 Shocking pictures of slaughtered lemurs killed for bush meat have been released by Conservation International.
A breakdown in law and order due to the recent coup in Madagascar has resulted in poachers killing lemurs for profit.
The dead lemurs are sold to restaurant owners seeking to serve new delicacies, says the conservation group.
It fears this upsurge in the bush meat trade may have been triggered by the suspension of conservation aid by international bodies during the coup.
The graphic pictures taken by local non-government organisation Fanamby and released by Conservation International show hoards of crowned lemurs (Eulemur coronatus) and the golden crowned sifaka, (Propithecus tattersalli) that have been trapped and killed.
The crowned lemurs are considered a threatened species, while the golden crowned sifaka is even rarer, being considered endangered.
The lemurs affected are from the Daraina area, a new protected region in the far north of Madagascar.

Leftists Still Haven't Given Up On "Fairness Doctrine"
 Sen. Charles Grassley is worried that Obama administration’s new federal communications "diversity" director may try to regulate talk radio with a "backdoor" method akin to the Fairness Doctrine.
The Iowa Republican expressed his concerns because of a paper in which Mark Lloyd, the diversity director, alleged a “structural imbalance” in political talk radio and suggested increasing government involvement to regulate it. Lloyd co-authored the paper for the liberal Center for American Progress.
Grassley sent a letter Friday to FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski voicing strong disagreement with the idea that government needs to regulate talk radio and arguing that a return to the Fairness Doctrine would end the diversity of views on the airwaves.
“Taken together, these statements represent a view that the FCC needs to expand its regulatory arm further into the commercial radio market,” Grassley wrote. “I am concerned that, despite his statements that the Fairness Doctrine is unnecessary, Mr. Lloyd supports a backdoor method of furthering the goals of the Fairness Doctrine by other means.
“Simply put, I strongly disagree with Mr. Lloyd,” Grassley wrote about the paper’s conclusion that the gap between conservative and progressive talk radio is the result of multiple structural problems in the U.S. regulatory system.

Unemployment edges up to Great Depression level
Here is a chart released by the government that claims to show the percentage of unemployed people in the Unites States of July 2009. It is a fictional snapshot of the actual number of unemployed and under-employed people.  As economics professor John Miller notes in an article posted on the Dollars&Sense website, the actual number of unemployed and—-importantly—-under-employed people is actually in the double digits, probably twice the official figures. Miller writes that government figures dramatically understate the true extent of unemployment. First, they exclude anyone without a job who is ready to work but has not actively looked for a job in the previous four weeks. The Bureau of Labor Statistics classifies such workers as “marginally attached to the labor force” so long as they have looked for work within the last year. Marginally attached workers include so-called discouraged workers who have given up for reasons such as school and family responsibilities, ill health, or transportation problems. The government figures also leave out part-time workers looking for full-time work because part-time workers are “employed” even if they work as little as one hour a week, according to the bean counters and number crunchers in the district of criminals. These are the best of times for white-hating black women. They can openly proclaim their beliefs, and be rewarded and praised for them, (like author Denene Millner whose The Sistahs' Rules stands foursquare against interracial dating) and commit terrible crimes, without so much as being arrested, like Crystal Gayle Mangum, the Duke hoaxer.
But for decent black women, these are the worst of times. If they hate whites insufficiently, they must keep this to themselves. As for romance, one-third of black men are criminals, and many of the rest are thugs. But let a black woman look where the good men are, among whites and Asians, and she risks ostracism … or worse.
Which brings us to the sad case of Jan Pawel and Quiana Pietrzak. Jan Pawel Pietrzak, 24, was a Polish-born Catholic. They don't come much whiter, this side of Ireland. His family immigrated here when he was 10, and Jan Pawel ("John Paul" in English, after the late Pope) grew up in working-class, white and Asian Bensonhurst, Brooklyn.
Pietrzak responded to 9/11 by enlisting in the United States Marine Corps where, as a helicopter mechanic, he rose to the rank of sergeant. Sgt. Pietrzak loved the Corps. He was serving out of Miramar Air Station, in San Diego.
Pietrzak met his future bride, the former Quiana Jenkins, an African American, "three years ago at a party for Marines being deployed to Iraq", according to the New York Daily News.
They were wed just a few months ago, and had just bought a five-bedroom house off the foreclosure market, in Winchester, in Riverside County. The cute, petite, 26-year-old bride was studying to become a doctor.
The couple was bound and gagged and tortured. The wife was "sexually assaulted". Then husband and wife were each killed, "execution-style", with a bullet to the back of the head. In an attempt to cover their tracks, the killers set fire to the living room.
The victims were discovered on October 15. When Mrs. Pietrzak failed to show up for work, her mother called the Sheriff's Office, which sent deputies to find her.

 Glenn Beck used his popular Fox News show this afternoon to attack the background of Van Jones, a White House environmental advisor who co-founded an African American political advocacy group that organized an advertising boycott of his program. During his 2 p.m. PDT show, Beck did not address the boycott spearheaded by Color of Change to protest the talk show host’s remark last month that he believes President Obama is “a racist.”Instead, he spent a large share of his program suggesting that Jones, who co-founded Color of Change in 2005, is a radical. Jones now serves as a special advisor for Green Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation at the White House Council on Environmental Quality.  More than one conservative pundit has made the observation that we’re bobsledding toward Gomorrah. Jewish lawyers have filed lawsuit after lawsuit to take any mention of religion out of public schools. The mainstream media more often than not insults Christianity the rare times that it bothers to mention it. Not only is there a small, but noisy Gay population among the White and Jewish population; it appears as though there is no shortage of Gays in the Black population. KTLA reports a story about Gay Blacks in Chicago, where our illustrious president Obama comes from. Gay Blacks seem to be more and more prevalent among upper class Blacks. In fact there were three Gay Black men in Obama’s church, who were shot just as his presidential campaign was getting started. A very curious coincidence. The latest story about Gays in Chicago is a little more comical than sinister. KTLA news reports from Chicago: “Not many beauty pageants end with a judge and contestant attacking another judge — with a trophy. Two men were ordered held on bond Wednesday after they were charged with beating a judge at a gay men’s beauty pageant earlier this month on Chicago’s West Side. Leroy Tinch, 28, of the 2200 block of Emerson Street in Evanston and Anthony Johnson, 23, of the 8200 block of Keating Avenue in Skokie were both charged with aggravated battery with great bodily harm, a class one felony… Prosecutors said the men were at the pageant at 3350 W. Jackson Blvd., where Johnson was a contestant and Tinch was a judge. Johnson allegedly became angry with another judge after he voted for (a) different contestant, grabbed the trophy and hit the judge in the head with it. Tinch then jumped in and began hitting the judge with a sharp object, cutting him over his left eye, Conklin said. The victim suffered a broken jaw and a cut on his finger required seven stitches.” What can I tell you? This country is insane. We’re mad as hatters. A “Gay men’s beauty contest”? Can any of us older folks remember a time when there were no such ridiculous things like this going on? Wasn’t it wonderful? Obama Says Hands Off Illegal Aliens
 With all the hoopla about nationalizing the banks, nationalizing the auto industry and creating a massive national health care bureaucracy through confiscatory taxation, a few things seem to have slid onto Obama’s back burner, like gun control and amnesty for illegal aliens. But occasionally we get little reminders. The Christian Science Monitor reports that “The Obama administration has ordered a Nashville, Tenn., sheriff to release some illegal immigrants swept up on minor charges. The move has drawn criticism from enforcement advocates and concerns of a return to the widely criticized “catch and release” policy… U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement directed the Nashville sheriff to release on recognizance some illegal immigrants arrested on such charges as fishing without a license. It appears the Nashville sheriff was the only one issued the directive. But it could affect at lease some of the 66 U.S. law enforcement jurisdictions that are part of a controversial 287(g) program, which deputizes local law enforcement to act as de facto immigration agents. The 287(g) program has been criticized by immigrant-rights groups as unfair and inhumane.” Asking local cops to enforce the law is unfair and inhumane? And who the hell are these people to tell us how to run our own country? We belong here. They don’t. It sounds like Obama wants to change the “catch and release” policy to “don’t even catch.” The news article continues “A congressional report released in March criticized the $40 million federal program, saying it is rounding up minor offenders instead of the serious criminals it was designed to nab.” Aren’t all illegal aliens criminals because they entered the US illegally? How about doing a poll to see just how many of these people ordinary Americans want deported? Considering that we’re in a severe recession (if not a Depression), most Americans would say “all of them.” The fact that we’ve had one president after another who refuses to enforce US immigration law is a huge continuing scandal. Seems like Bush and Obama are giving the illegals plenty of time to have anchor babies so that we’re permanently stuck with these 20 million illegals and their children. These federal agencies find various ways to hold on to their jobs while making token efforts to pretend they’re enforcing the law. Meanwhile us ordinary Americans keep on pressing “1″ for English. What you have to remember about the whole immigration mess is that 90% of the American people, black and White alike, don’t want them here, and 10% of the population –soulless corporate whores who see nothing but cheap labor and the most crazy far left liberals and the vast majority of Jews want to leave the immigration door wide open to Mexico. Ted Kennedy Finally Dies; Worst Traitor Since FDR

Apparently the rumors about Ted Kennedy’s imminent demise have proven true. One of the worst traitors against the American people has finally died. His last notable acts of treason include supporting an Amnesty Bill for 20 million illegal aliens in 2007 and his endorsement of Barack Obama in 2008.
His worst act of treason during his long disgraceful stay in the Senate was opening the immigration floodgates to the Third World in the 1960s, transforming America from a 90 percent White nation to a 67 percent White nation, and dooming the White race in North America to extinction unless a pro-White political upheaval can stop the two-party system.
Kennedy’s personal life was just as disgraceful as his political life. Mary Jo Kopechne drowned in the back seat of his car abandoned by this drunk womanizer, who cared more about his reputation than saving her life. Kennedy eventually bloated himself out to 300lbs, showing as little self-control in his eating as he did in his spending. Mary Jo isn’t the only person Ted Kennedy has killed. Think of all the White people killed by Mexican drunk drivers and other Third World criminals, who have invaded America, thanks to Ted Kennedy undermining our immigration policies. Thousands of White people have been killed and millions have been victims of crimes because of the Third World invasion that Ted Kennedy caused.
Kennedy lived long enough to see the multi-racial society he worked so hard to create, begin to collapse. The state of California with its non-White majority is still teetering on financial oblivion with no end in sight. White people are fleeing the state as crazy socialist politicians try to raise taxes on the Whites even more despite the beginnings of a Depression. Illegal aliens cost the golden state $13 billion dollars per year, but you’d have a hard time finding a politician honest enough to admit this. California has a $26 billion dollar deficit, which it has no clear way of ever paying off and the state’s debt will likely continue to grow without bound.
Liberal politicians like Ted Kennedy are responsible for the flood of Latinos which has bankrupted California. Kennedy is also responsible for all the “legal” Third World invaders including the “ersatz engineers” from countries like India and Bangladesh, who have seriously damaged competency at every major US corporation and NASA, resulting in a string of embarrassing engineering failures.
81 banks have failed so far this year as part of the ongoing minority subprime mortgage disaster. Liberals like Ted Kennedy forced banks to make “Affirmative Action” subprime loans to Blacks and Latinos without down payments and without any of the usual credit checks. This house of cards began to collapse last year, and it has the fingerprints of the liberals all over it. A recent news article reports the Obama regime just announced that we will go at least another nine trillion dollars in debt over the next ten years, and many conservatives suspect it will be more like twenty or thirty trillion dollars.
The only reason America has pulled out of earlier recessions and the Great Depression is the fact that we have a White super-majority, that was so productive and inventive, that it was able to overcome any obstacle. Today we have 100 million needy Third World people in the US, and this burden is growing larger by the day. Combine this with the minority subprime mortgage crisis and the bungling socialism of Barack Obama, and there is no light at the end of the tunnel. The thoroughly corrupt two-party system is leading America into complete and utter financial destruction.
If ever a human being deserves a place on the inner circle of hell, Ted Kennedy is surely a prime candidate. Ignore all the flowery praise the fat, drunk “hero of Chappaquiddick” will be getting for the next few days because he deserves only scorn and mockery for his life of treason and excess. The only unfortunate thing about Kennedy’s death is that it did not follow a trial for treason, which he so richly deserved.

Jurors this morning convicted Letalvis Cobbins of first-degree murder in the torture-slayings of Knox County couple Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom.
The verdicts, after being reviewed by Criminal Court Judge Richard Baumgartner, were announced before a packed courtroom.
Jurors on Wednesday will begin a penalty phase in which they will consider evidence about whether Cobbins, 26, of Kentucky, should be executed for the January 2007 kidnapping and murders.
The jury concluded that Cobbins had responsibility in all the crimes committed against Christian, 21, including first-degree murder. That conviction carries the death penalty.
The same panel, however, convicted him of the lesser charge of facilitating the murder of Newsom and acquitted him of charges involving the rape of Newsom, 23.
“I can’t even tell you what all those guilty verdicts were that he read,” Gary Christian said.
"He raped my daughter. He's responsible for her murder. And how many times have I told you that he was going down? He's just started sliding, and tomorrow's going to be the nail in his coffin.

Sonia Sotomayor 'La Raza member'
 As President Obama's Supreme Court nominee comes under heavy fire for allegedly being a "racist," Judge Sonia Sotomayor is listed as a member of the National Council of La Raza, a group that's promoted driver's licenses for illegal aliens, amnesty programs, and no immigration law enforcement by local and state police. According the American Bar Association, Sotomayor is a member of the NCLR, which bills itself as the largest national Hispanic civil rights and advocacy organization in the U.S. Meaning "the Race," La Raza also has connections to groups that advocate the separation of several southwestern states from the rest of America. Over the past two days, Sotomayor has been heavily criticized for her racially charged statement: "I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experience would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn't lived that life." The remark was actually made during a 2001 speech at the University of California's Berkeley School of Law. The lecture was published the following year in the Berkeley La Raza Law Journal.
