A Certificate of Live Birth Does Not Mean Obama Is a US Citizen

The Hawaiian Certificate of Live Birth (COLB) is issued to families in which a child is born overseas.

Virtually everyone, who has argued that Obama does have US citizenship, has pointed to a Hawaiian document called a Certificate of Live Birth. A considerable controversy was raised over the document posted on FightTheSmears.com because it had several signs of being a forgery. A Hawaii state official came forward and stated that Obama’s COLB was genuine. There’s just one little problem: That document doesn’t prove that the named person was born in the US.


Illegal Alien, Barack Obama

A website run by the state of Hawaii states “Amended certificates of birth may be prepared and filed with the Department of Health, as provided by law, for 1) a person born in Hawaii who already has a birth certificate filed with the Department of Health or 2) a person born in a foreign country.”

Now this is extremely interesting. The state of Hawaii will give a certificate of birth (apparently short for Certificate of Live Birth) in the case of a person born in a foreign country. Why would they do that? Well, most babies born overseas to American parents get US citizenship through the parents. The exception to this would be a child born to mixed parents (meaning one US parent and one foreigner) and if the American parent did not meet certain age and US residency requirements. Barack's father was never a US citizen. Barack’s mother, Ann Dunham Obama, was under the minimum age, 19 years old, so she could not have transferred US citizenship to her baby.

Here is the law specified by the US State Department “Birth Abroad to One Citizen and One Alien Parent in Wedlock: A child born abroad to one U.S. citizen parent and one alien parent acquires U.S. citizenship at birth under Section 301(g) INA provided the citizen parent was physically present in the U.S. for the time period required by the law applicable at the time of the child’s birth…. For birth between December 24, 1952 and November 13, 1986, a period of ten years, five after the age of fourteen are required for physical presence in the U.S. to transmit U.S. citizenship to the child.”

This means Barack Obama Jr. would be a citizen of Kenya (assuming his grandmother is telling the truth when she says he was born over there). This also means that Barack Obama Jr. should have had to apply for US citizenship, which he never did. Basically, Barack’s mother scammed US citizenship for her son playing fast and loose with the rules and taking advantage of a sloppy state bureaucracy.

Then there’s that other little matter of Barack Obama living in Indonesia from 1967 to 1971, being adopted by his Indonesian step-father and becoming an Indonesian citizen. Obama is believed to have had an Indonesian passport (possibly from 1971 through 1986) which he used to travel to Indonesia, Pakistan and Kenya. Even if Obama had US citizenship, he would have lost it when he became a citizen of Indonesia.

“Something is rotten in the state,” says Marcellus in “Hamlet.”

Well, it certainly is in the state of Illinois.

Yet, on hearing U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald describe a plot by his governor to sell his Senate seat — “conduct (that) would make Lincoln roll over in his grave” — how did reform President Barack Obama respond?

“I had no contact with the governor or his office, and so I was not aware of what was happening. … And as I said, it is a sad day for Illinois. Beyond that, I don’t think it’s appropriate to comment.”

“A sad day for Illinois” — that was it.

But FBI Special Agent in Charge Robert Grant could not contain his revulsion: “If (Illinois) isn’t the most corrupt state in the United States, it’s certainly one hell of a competitor. I think even the most cynical agents in our office were shocked.”

Yet Barack stayed cool. Not for 24 hours did he join the clamor for Gov. Rod Blagojevich to stand down.

The stink of this is not going away, and it may adhere to the new presidency that seemed about to begin in a new era of good feeling.

For, consider. While Obama said he had never spoken with the governor about the Senate seat — understandable, given how toxic the scandal-plagued Blagojevich was — he did not say his staff had not done so.

Which raises several questions:

Did Obama direct or ask any staffer to speak to Blagojevich? Did Rahm Emanuel or David Axelrod, both of Chicago, never speak to the governor about the Senate appointment? Did Barack’s aides all treat Blagojevich as a political leper and not communicate to him any interest in or concern about whom he might appoint to succeed Obama?

Luckily for some of those well-heeled country clubbers allegedly scammed by Bernie Madoff and his "private investment business," though not so luckily for America's long-suffering taxpayers, a partial "bailout" may already be in store to take some of the edge off the losses. CBS has reported that Louis L. Stanton, the federal District Judge overseeing the Madoff case, ordered Madoff's alleged victims to apply for relief with the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC), a federal agency established in 1970 and designed to compensate investors when brokerage firms go under. Helpfully, the SIPC stepped in itself and made the application for the order directly to the court. "Upon information provided by the Securities and Exchange Commission and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, it is clear the customers of the Madoff firm need protections available under federal law... SIPC and the trustee are dedicated to returning assets to customers as promptly as possible," SIPC President and CEO Stephen Harbeck declared.

The alleged victims of Madoff may not be totally happy, though. Historically, one key to successful Ponzi schemes has consistently been the greed of the targets, who are blinded by the high rate of return promised (and, at least for awhile, as new investors come in, consistent), high rates of return. Madoff also, according to numerous reports, cultivated an air of exclusivity, with the daughter of one burned Madoff mark saying on National Public Radio that her father felt as if he had "won the lottery" when Madoff deigned to take his account. So reports that Madoff held most, if not all of the investments of many alleged victims means that their paper wealth Madoff was "investing" would often have exceeded the $500,000 in compensation allowed to investors, "only" $100,000 of which is available in cash claims, by the SIPC.

The Excuse: On December 6th a 15 year old school boy was shot dead by a policeman in Athens. Apparently, the policeman had no legitimate reason for doing so.

The Aftermath: For five days now groups of young men, self-described anarchists, have been spreading mayhem in the streets of Athens and other cities throughout the country. The damages are estimated to be more than €100 million so far. More than 400 stores and other businesses have sustained damages in Athens alone.

The Cause: Extremely high tolerance for illegal and anti-social behavior. The coverage in the international media has often cited Greece’s economic and social challenges due to the high involvement of government in the economy as the cause of the present crisis.

They will fly combat air patrols and man air defenses, organize large scale medical support, and help local law enforcement provide security in the capital, said General Gene Renuart, head of the US Northern Command.

"(It's) not because we see a specific threat, but because for an event this visible, this important and this historic, we ought to be prepared to respond if something does happen," he told reporters.

Renuart said some 7,500 active duty troops and 4,000 national guard troops will take part in the operations in support of the inauguration of the 44th US president on January 20.

Overall responsibility for security during the inauguration falls to the Secret Service.

But Renuart's command, which is co-located with NORAD, is responsible for preparing for any contingency.

Some troops will march in parades, serve in honor guards or perform other ceremonial duties, he said.

But most of the national guard troops will back up local law enforcement, while active duty forces will provide specialized capabilities, according to the general.

Renuart said NORAD, the US-Canadian command responsible for defending North American airspace, will increase combat air patrols over the United States to guard against another September 11 type attack.

"Our integrated air defense system in the national capital region will be up and robust and available," he said. It typically includes Patriot missile defense batteries deployed at key points around the city.

Chemical response units also will be on alert in case of a chemical weapons attack, he said.

A joint task force for the capital region is planning medical response in case of an attack that produces large numbers of casualties, he said.

"It is prudent for us to assume that it would make news for a terrorist element, or a rogue element of some sort, to interrupt that (the inauguration).

"So it is prudent for us to plan for the possibility of that kind of event, and be prepared either to deter it or respond to it," he said.

An ever present fear is another attack like the one on September 11, 2001 on New York and Washington with hijacked airliners.

Once again, the Supreme Court has shirked its responsibility to look into whether Barack Obama ever legally obtained US citizenship. The latest news article reports “Philip J. Berg, the Pennsylvania attorney who has filed suit challenging President-elect Barack Obama’s citizenship has had his request for a stay of the Electoral College denied. Mr. Berg, whose lawsuit contends Mr. Obama does not meet the constitutional eligibility to serve as president, filed a request with the Supreme Court on Dec. 8 to stay the voting of the Electoral College. Justice David Souter turned down the request, which was designed to delay the vote until the Supreme Court rules on the case.”

The despicable cowardly moderate, David Souter, apparently turned down the latest request to delay the electoral college vote until after they look at Obama’s citizenship (or lack thereof). Souter also turned down an earlier request by Berg to delay the presidential election.

Admittedly, it’s a huge admission of failure to halt an election, but Philip J. Berg has been sounding the alarm on this issue for several months now, while inexcusably lazy and arrogant judges have done nothing.

Berg originally challenged Obama’s citizenship before the Democrat Party nominated Obama. Berg is a Democrat, who supported Hillary Clinton. His persistence on this case seems to be rooted in an outrage about the court system’s failure to do anything about a blatant Constitutional requirement.

Most of our presidential candidates were unquestionably born in America. Barack Obama’s father was never a US citizen. His mother was an atheistic Marxist, who rebeled all her life against traditional American values. One source notes that Obama’s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, thought that she would be the wife of big shot Kenyan politician. That would explain why she gave her son a Muslim-African name “Barack Hussein Obama Jr.” Perhaps Obama’s mother also intended for her son to grow up in Africa and to be born in Kenya so that he could follow in his father’s footsteps.

There’s was one little problem for Obama’s mother: Her baby’s Daddy was already married to a Kenyan woman. So Ann Dunham ran back from Kenya with her baby and most likely scammed US citizenship for him by claiming he was born at home –outside a hospital.

The totally worthless US “justice” system has failed at every step to uphold the Constitution and look into whether or not

* Obama was born in Kenya

* Obama’s mother may have scammed US citizenship for Barack by bringing him back from Kenya and then claiming he was born at home

* Obama became an Indonesian when adopted by his step-father in Indonesia (and Barack never applied for US citizenship when he returned after four years)

* Obama renewed his Indonesian passport as an adult in 1981 and traveled to Pakistan and Kenya using that document.

Households will be able to fill in the questionnaire online for the first time and officers will be sent to knock on the door of everyone who fails to take part, in an attempt to improve participation and get a total population figure.

– permanent occupation of Iraq and Afghanistan - directly and with proxy forces; Obama saying he’ll withdraw all US forces from Iraq in 16 months (around mid-2010) is false and misleading;
– a reinvented Cold War against Russia;

THE Minister of Information and Publicity, Dr Sikhanyiso Ndlovu on Saturday called the cholera outbreak in the country a “genocidal onslaught” by Zimbabwe’s former colonial ruler – Britain.

Speaking to reporters in the capital, Dr Ndlovu labeled the cholera outbreak “a serious biological, chemical war force, a genocidal onslaught, on the people of Zimbabwe by the British.”

He added that “Cholera is a calculated, racist attack on Zimbabwe by the unrepentant former colonial power, which has enlisted support from its American and Western allies so that they can invade the country.”

Dr. Ndlovu also criticized the outgoing U.S. President George W. Bush and Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice, whom he called “warmongers”.

Barack Obama insists that he and his staff were not involved in the alleged schemes Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich cooked up to sell off the president-elect's vacant Senate seat.

But the timeline of activity outlined in the FBI's 76-page complaint against Blagojevich suggests Obama's team was aware that his home-state governor was playing political hardball in the weeks before his arrest.

That's because shortly after Blagojevich allegedly told his advisers, in an expletive-laced conference call, that he would not appoint Obama's pick to the Senate absent huge favors in return, Obama's apparent pick promptly dropped out of the running for the Senate and joined the new White House staff.

"Reading between the lines ... clearly somebody from (Obama's) operation did have a conversation with Blagojevich," Democratic strategist Bob Beckel told FOX News. He added that Obama's representative evidently wasn't trying to cut a deal since Blagojevich indicated he was "getting nothing out of the Obama people."

HE bullish, foul-mouthed but effective Chicago arm-twister Rahm Emanuel has come under pressure to resign as Barack Obama’s chief of staff after it was revealed that he had been captured on court-approved wire-taps discussing the names of candidates for Obama’s Senate seat.

Emanuel’s presence at the heart of the scandal threatens to roil the president-elect’s administration as a Chicago prosecutor builds his corruption case against Rod Blagojevich, the Illinois governor.

Blagojevich has been accused of plotting to sell Obama’s Senate seat - which is in the governor’s gift - in return for financial and political favours.

Republicans are salivating at the prospect of tying the president-elect to the notoriously corrupt Chicago machine in which he forged his career. Grover Norquist, an influential conservative tax reform lobbyist, said: “If Obama wants to be squeaky clean, he is going to have to cut all his Chicago friends loose. His chief of staff has fingerprints on the murder weapon.”
